Web Developer Toolbar reaches 1.0!

The extension for Firefox, Chris Pederick’s Web Developer Toolbar had its version 1.0 release on saturday. What with the new year happening it’s taken me a few days to notice, but boy am I glad that I have now!

The 1.0 release has a whole bunch of new features, with the ability to edit html in the Firefox sidebar and see it magically reflected on the actual page being viewed my number one new feature. There’s a whole host of new “Outline” tools, much more information is available about pages, you can view the generated source code (that’s been generated by, say, JavaScript) and a whole shedload more.

This is a fantastic update to an already unmissable extension. If you’ve already got a previous version installed then go update it; if you’ve never installed it before, then go do it now!
